“I have trained with Bryan since the fall of 2015. He has been extremely organized in his approach to improving my fitness. He always has a written schedule of exercises whose rationale he explains to me; I always know the overall structure of my training for the upcoming week and longer term aims. Bryan was careful to start my program at a level I could manage but has steadily increased the work load and changed exercises around to maintain my interest. Bryan has a very pleasant style of personal interaction and he has been very successful in developing my motivation. I continue looking forward to my training sessions and it has resulted in me setting up a home gym.”
