“I took a series of Bryan’s Bootcamp and Tabata classes for 2 years. The classes included interval training, strength and cardio exercises, and dynamic stretching. Out of a lot of fitness professionals, Bryan is one of the best trainers I have worked with. He focuses on technique and makes sure you have solid form, but doesn’t needlessly nitpick. Bryan has a huge repertoire of (pre-planned and thought-out!) exercises/activities, so each session is different, fun and effective. Last, and probably most importantly, Bryan is just a really great guy. He has a good sense of humour, he is enthusiastic and genuine, and he encourages you to push yourself, without being aggressive/alpha. You want to try your best for him!”
